It's a Saturday afternoon and I thought I'd post a quickie update while I have a mo. I didn't have a suitable picture to post as Felix is playing on my phone and I can't disturb the lad. So you'll have to make do with this one which is, anyway, pretty good. Karen really getting into the ol' Wii boxing game last year, (or was it the year before?).
This morning I had a lie in and when I came down, the rest of the gang had already been up and at it for several hours. The music room has been opened for the season and is flooded with spring sunshine. One can relax/breakfast/read/listen to music in there and it actually gets hot - already up in the mid twenties, well it is after all, to all intents and purposes, a greenhouse. It's shocking to think that one can sit and drink a cup of tea in a room that merely weeks ago was colder than the meat aisle at Bejams...
So here is the low-down. Stella is having an afternoon nap. Kaspar is watching tv. Felix is, as previously mentioned "doing apps" on my phone. Anna is upstairs wallpapering posters on the walls of the secret camp behind the wardrobes. When she's done Kasp and I shall install some LED spots in the ceiling and fit the carpet. It's going to be, as we used to say, well good.
Have a continue-ing-ly jolly Saturday to those of you reading this - and also of course to those of you who aren't. Although, of course that last clause begins to lean towards the existential, and we don't even wanna go there.
